Subscriptions
VoiceTexts is a subscription service.
VoiceTexts subscription is free of charge for the duration of the demonstration period. You will be informed by text message when this demonstration period is complete. Sending text is charged at your normal text message rate. Premium rate charges are applied to some services to prevent abuse of the service. If you contact us these charges can be waived for your phone.
999 emergency texts are always free of charge and will work even if you have no call credit.

When you text the word Voice to 57802 it will register your mobile number and subscribe to the service automatically.

Please note: there are standard charges which apply to texts and calls to non emergency services. (see terms and conditions below.)
You can stop the VoiceTexts service at any time by texting Stop to 57802

When you first subscribe you'll receive a confirmation text. Default VoiceTexts will be assigned to your account and you will be immediately able to access to the following services.

Deaf 999 is a freetext service. You can text this number 50123 even if your mobile is out of credit.
Your mobile phone number (caller id) will available to 999 emergency services personnel.
Please note: It is illegal to place hoax or nuisance calls to 999 emergency services.

VoiceText SMS to 57802 is charged at your standard network rate.

VoiceText interactive is free over the web.If you access your account from your mobile phone, network download charges may apply.

Calls to 1530444114 cost 33 cent per minute, network charges from mobiles will apply.
Deaf Text cost €1 per text call. Duration is maximum 30 minutes.

Deaf Say to 57802. Standard network charges apply for text sent from, and downloads to your mobile phone.
Please note: Not all mobiles can access or download mp3 files.
Deaf Say is subject to fair use policy. Excessive usage will result in a charge of €2.
